MVAP's by-laws provide that the four MSBA officers are automatically directors of MVAP. The other current MVAP directors are: Cathy Haukedahl, Executive Director of Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid; Floyd Pnewski, Executive Director of Judicare of Anoka County; Gary Hird, Chief Operating Officer of Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services; and Nerissa Irrizarry, a client member.
