MVAP's by-laws provide that the four MSBA officers are automatically directors of MVAP. The other current MVAP directors are: Jerry Lane, Executive Director of Mid-Minnesota Legal Assistance; Floyd Pnewski, Executive Director of Judicare of Anoka County; and Renee Urpspring, a client member.
