Purpose
To maintain for the practicing bench and bar the long tradition of high quality continuing legal education presented by the MSBA through presentation of timely and substantive programming at a reasonable cost throughout Minnesota.

Goals
To develop innovative learning methods; to expand educational opportunities relating to ethics, lawyer competence, and elimination of bias; to examine programming needs of the changing demographic make-up of the practicing bar; to implement technology initiatives; and to continue to publish authoritative texts in major practice areas.
