Purpose
Coordinates the lobbying efforts of the MSBA. (Read the entire Charge of the Committee.)

2008 Legislative Session
The session opens on February 12, 2008. Legislative proposals from sections are due to Nancy Mischel by November 5, 2007. The Legislative Committee meets on November 27 at 3:30 p.m. to review section proposals. The Legislative Committee will hold an additional meeting on November 29 at 3:30 p.m. if necessary. The MSBA Assembly meets on Friday, December 14, 2007 to review the recommendations of the Legislative Committee and set the MSBA legislative agenda.
