Purpose

To promote and support means of achieving the full and equal participation of Minnesota women lawyers in the legal profession.

Goals

The Committee will work to remove any barriers to the full and equal participation of women in all levels of the profession. Specific projects include: (1) increasing the number of legal employers that are signed-on to the SAGE Best Practices to 75; (2) outreach to legal employers located outside of the Twin Cities; (3) a CLE road show that can be done in-house at legal employers and also at district bar association meetings; and (4) hosting round tables with legal employers to discuss implementation of the Best Practices within their workplace.
