We have cancelled the Economic Roundtable that was scheduled for Thursday, June 25.  If you were planning to attend this program, we apologize for the inconvenience.  However, we intend to reschedule the program for November.

While we will not offer the full Roundtable, at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday Association President Mike Ford will lead a discussion on effective cash management.  Cash management is a term of art that encompasses all the steps needed to generate cash for a business.  In the case of law firms, at its most basic, that means (1) doing the work, (2) billing for the work and (c) collecting for that work.  Inevitably there are hiccups in the process of doing, billing and collecting for your work.  Mr. Ford will distribute for discussion ten simple commandments designed to focus your attention on how to reduce, if not eliminate, those hiccups.  Please join Mike for a lively discussion.
