RECOMMENDATION AND REPORT TO

THE MINNESOTA STATE BAR ASSOCIATION

RIGHTS OF UNMARRIED COUPLES TASK FORCE

RECOMMENDATION

That the MSBA approve receive the attached report of the Rights of Unmarried Couples Task Force and approve pages 1-3 with the understanding that approval of said report does not constitute an endorsement of the legislative recommendations contained therein; and that the Task Force, in the 2009-10 bar year, will pursue the endorsement of and action on the legislative recommendations contained in the report through the appropriate sections and other interested affiliated organizations prior to returning to the Assembly, via the Legislative Committee.
