Assembly Action on General Policy Committee Recommendations

Purpose
1. Establish final MSBA positions on matters of public policy.

2. Authorize petitions to the Court concerning the operations of the Courts and the regulation of the practice of law.

3. Submit recommendations concerning the substance of the law, the administration of justice or the policy of the MSBA to the Assembly.
