The Minnesota High School Mock Trial Program is an exciting law-related education program that introduces students to the American legal system and provides a challenging opportunity for personal growth and achievement. Your students will exercise their critical thinking and teamwork skills, as well as the basic skills learned in the classroom.

Breck School

Breck School will represent Minnesota at the 2014 National High School Mock Trial Competition, which will be held May 8-11, 2014, in Madison, WI.  This is Breck School's fourth (4th) State Title.  

The Breck Mock Trial team is a serendipitous mixture of newcomers and experienced players this year.  Newcomers include senior Peter Metzger, a crossover witness who played Gale Storm and Tracy Peterson, Jenn Fabian, who was the closing attorney for the Plaintiff, Brennan Clark, who played, Giffy O'Brien, and timekeeper/bailiff Maryam Ali.  Returning team members include team captains Jack Sheehy, Nicole Miller and Eve Zelickson (who won the best attorney award), Lorelei Lange, Carter Roland and Simon Parish, who won best witness for his portrayal of Stacy Clark.

The team is coached by Peter Saunders, Ross M. Hussey, Esq., and Jeffrey  S. Paulsen, Esq.
