The MSBA's Social Security Disability Law Pre-Section Presents
"Social Security Benefits Practice in Federal District Court: Perspectives from the Bench"
The Minnesota State Bar Association is forming a new Social Security Disability Law Pre-Section. This group will hold an inaugural seminar and meeting for all individuals who practice in or are interested in learning more about Social Security Disability Law.
Please join your colleagues to hear Judge Keyes and Judge Mayeron discuss how they evaluate Social Security benefits claims as judges in our federal district court. They will offer advice about what makes effective briefs and how they believe hearings might lay the groundwork for our future arguments.
We invite you and your colleagues to join the MSBA Social Security Disability Law Pre-Section. Join us over lunch, learn helpful tips from the bench and help plan our upcoming meetings.
