The MSBA's Social Security Disability Law Section Presents

"Social Security Disability Law Section Annual Meeting, Elections and CLE: Social Security Hearings - Technique in Action"

Please join your Social Security Disability Law Section colleagues for the Section's annual meeting and council elections, followed by a timely seminar featuring mock Social Security hearings based on real claim files. These hearings will include live, legal veteran commentary. For newer Social Security attorneys, this Social Security CLE will form the groundwork for what to say and when to say it. For experienced Social Security practitioners, these mock hearings will offer different perspectives on effective openings, cross-examination, and closings that we may not otherwise experience in our day-to-day practice.
