Legislation and Amicus Briefs
The Social Security Disability Law Section successfully negotiated legislative changes recently signed into law that minimize medical record costs for disabled Minnesotans applying for Social Security benefits.

Other Section Accomplishments
The Social Security Disability Law Section is excited for this upcoming legislative session. We are completing landmark legislation that will require credential disclosures in Social Security advertising to disabled Minnesotans.
