To join the section's discussion list, called adr-talk, just send a blank email message to the address that results from writing join- (note the hyphen) then adr-talk (so now there are two hyphens: one between "join" and "adr-talk" and one in the latter part itself) and then finally the "at" part: @lists.statebar.gen.mn.us, all together in one address with no spaces.

We aren't spelling out the whole address here ourselves, because doing so would let spammers try to join all day long, and one might get through. Just put the parts in red all together.
