This CLE will examine the impact of the recent MN Supreme Court decision that Minnesota does not recognize trespass by particulate matter. It will also examine the MN Supreme Court’s interpretation of the applicable organic farming regulations and the decision’s impact on both organic and non-organic farming operations.
