Agricultural & Rural Law Section

Please join us for the 2013 Agricultural & Rural Law Section Annual Meeting, held just prior to the Agricultural Law Institute in Mankato on April 1, 2013.

Purpose:
Explores and implements methods of providing access to quality legal assistance for farm families. Other areas addressed include agricultural estate planning, agricultural environmental law, animal waste pollution developments, agricultural business law, U.S.D.A. disaster programs, U.S.D.A. reorganization, and farm credit developments. Committees: Legislation, Rural Practice.
