Interacting Effectively With Government Antitrust Enforcers

Our panel of current and former government enforcers and practitioners will explain parties' rights and obligations when responding to government inquiries and seeking advice on planned transactions. Ryan Struve, U.S. Department of Justice, and Thomas Pursell, formerly of the Minnesota Attorney General's office, will explain how to efficiently comply with federal and state government inquiries. Matthew Stennes, Counsel at Medtronic, will provide an inside counsel's perspective on managing the business disruption associated with government inquiries. Finally, Michael Lindsay of Dorsey & Whitney, will explain when and how to effectively use the Business Review Letter process at the Department of Justice and Advisory Opinions of the FTC.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
