Antitrust Compliance Program
Joe Murphy will discuss practical steps for implementing an antitrust compliance program, including identification of risks, auditing, selecting a compliance officer, training, and why such compliance programs need to be global. Mr. Murphy will also discuss the significance of compliance programs in dealing with antitrust regulators.

Joe Murphy has more than 30 years experience in the field of organizational compliance and ethics. Joe is of counsel to Compliance Systems Legal Group and is co-founder of Integrity Interactive Corporation (now part of SAI Global).
His legal career includes working as the attorney for Bell Atlantic’s worldwide corporate compliance program. He is a highly requested lecturer for many professional organizations, including the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). His most recent book is “501 Ideas for your Compliance and Ethics Program,” and was published by SCCE; he was also co-author of the first book on the field of compliance and ethics.
