During the 2006-2007 term, the U.S. Supreme Court decided several landmark antitrust cases. A panel of antitrust law professors will assess the practical impact of those decisions one year later. They will share insights about significant recent appellate decisions involving product bundling, exclusive dealing, and patent settlements. Panelists will also discuss the impact of the European Union’s recent Microsoft decision.
Immediately before this program, the Antitrust Law Section will hold a brief business meeting for the election of officers and Section Council members for 2008-2009. All Section members in good standing are eligible to vote and participate. A slate of officer and Council candidates will be circulated before the program. Nominations from the floor are also invited.
Please register by Monday, May 5, 2008.
