Antitrust Section Annual "Professors' Panel"
and Annual Meeting
After the section's annual meeting, current and former professors of the four Minnesota law schools will discuss the year's developments in antitrust law. The panel will discuss, among other things, litigation in the e-books industry, "reverse payment" patent settlements, arbitration clauses in antitrust cases, and the importance of standards in recent antitrust enforcement.
