Please join us for a lively discussion about selling and buying in compliance with the Robinson-Patman Act. After a short review of basic RPA requirements, our panel of experienced in-house attorneys will explain how they navigate the Act's requirements as they counsel their clients. This program is focused on practical advice for sellers and buyers, with plenty of examples and the opportunity for you to pose questions to the panel as well.
