Welcome to the MSBA Appellate Practice Section

This section focuses on legal and policy issues related to both state and federal appellate practice. The section provides opportunities for continuing legal education on the latest developments in appellate matters. It provides a forum for attorneys who handle an occasional appeal as well as for attorneys whose practice is concentrated in appellate practice.
