"Bankruptcy and the Arts: Meeting the Needs of Creative Clients Facing Financial Hardship"

This presentation will provide an introduction to bankruptcy for non-practitioners and examine the particular issues facing entertainment clients. This will include a discussion of drafting documents to protect artists' assets in the event of bankruptcy as well as information on the impacts of filing.
