Please join your Section colleagues for a knowledgeable analysis of the recent Ninth Circuit BAP's Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc. v. Knupfer (In re PW, LLC) decision regarding credit bids at Section 363 sales.
Section 363 sales had eclipsed other methods of disposing of financially distressed businesses. As the Clear Channel case made clear, however, subtleties are concealed within the apparently straightforward bidding process.
This CLE will help you recognize and handle the intricacies of Section 363 sales in light of Clear Channel.
Please register by Friday, February 13, 2009.
