This Bankruptcy Section meeting will provide you with an inside look at the Addision case in which the 8th Circuit visited the land of In re Johnson and In re Tweten for the first time since BAPCPA was passed in 2005.

Our presenters are uniquely qualified to educate bankruptcy practitioners on the case's key issue: the ability of a debtor to transfer non-exempt assets into exempt assets on the eve of bankruptcy. You will receive an educated perspective that will inform your counsel to clients and will help you understand the import and impact of the case on this area.

Please register by Friday, November 14, 2008.
