Bankruptcy Law Section

On July 20, 2010, the Bankruptcy Section hosted its annual Pro Bono Volunteer Reception to recognize the volunteer attorneys who performed pro bono bankruptcy and debtor-creditor services during the past year.  At the reception, the Raeder Larson Award was presented to Clinton E Cutler of Fredrikson & Byron PA and Stephen J Behm of Eskens Gibson & Behm Law Firm Chtd for their outstanding work in providing pro bono legal services in the bankruptcy and debtor-creditor areas.

Purpose

The Bankruptcy Section promotes interaction and education among practitioners of debtor/creditor law, bankruptcy judges, and the public through regular meetings, educational programs, the Monthly Mentoring Program, and pro bono services.
