Assessing Nonprofits’ Legal Needs

This program should be helpful for attorneys who serve as board members of, or volunteer in other ways for, nonprofit organizations and want to help “issue spot” for their organizations.

The program will also prepare participants to provide limited pro bono legal assistance to nonprofits through the LegalCORPS Nonprofit Legal Needs Assessment Program.

MSBA Members: Join the Business Law Section & Attend This Meeting for FREE: $20.00

MSBA Member But Not a Member of the Business Law Section: $25.00

Non-MSBA Members: $30.00

Law Students: Free

Teleconferencing is available. Registrations must be received by Friday, March 30. Teleconferencing instructions will be sent by
e-mail on Monday, April 2.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
