Join the MSBA Business Law Section Pro Bono Committee and LegalCORPS for this timely program on advising distressed small businesses.

Learn from expert business advisors and bankruptcy attorneys regarding the options small businesses have in tough times. The program will cover traditional bankruptcy as well as alternatives for your small business clients, with a special focus on small businesses and business owners who cannot afford legal counsel.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
