"Appeals: Can I Appeal? Should I? How? | Part 3: Litigation Series"

This CLE will address all the questions you need to be able to answer to start an appeal. It will address what orders and judgments are appealable. It will address the questions you should think through with your client in deciding whether an appeal makes sense. And it will address the steps you need to take to initiate your appeal. Co-counsel arrangements for appeals will also be discussed.
