The MSBA Civil Litigation Section, in collaboration with district court judges, is collecting civil Orders and Memoranda (including motion practice documents) to educate practitioners about common pitfalls or significant issues in civil litigation cases. The Orders are selected and contributed by judges and are posted on Fastcase.
