The MSBA's Computer & Technology Law Section Presents:

"Click-Wrap Unconscionability? "

Admit it! Take this multiple choice quiz. I have:

1. Agreed to a licensing agreement to download a smart phone app, without reading the licensing agreement.

2. Agreed to the Terms of Use or Terms of Service for some website (e.g., social media), without reading the Terms.

3. Given made-up information, such as name or birth date, when opening some online account (e.g., on Yahoo or Google mail).

4. All of the above.

5. Bet you expected to see "None of the above"--highly unlikely.

What have you committed to? What are some worst case scenarios? Will courts ever not enforce these agreements?
