The MSBA's Construction Law Section Presents


"Employment and Labor Law from An Employee Perspective"

Justin Cummins of Cummins & Cummins, LLP will discuss employment and labor law topics from an employee counsel’s perspective. The presentation will cover, among other topics, discrimination, wage, and contract issues as they arise on public and private construction projects.

Mr. Cummins, who founded Cummins & Cummins with his brother Brendan, is Past Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section and a past Officer of the National Employment Lawyers Association’s Eighth Circuit and Minnesota Boards. Mr. Cummins is an MSBA Board Certified Labor & Employment Law Specialist and a member of the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
