Honorable James Rosenbaum , Retired
Judge Rosenbaum started his legal career as a VISTA lawyer in Chicago. In 1981, he was appointed as the United States Attorney for the District of Minnesota. At the time of his appointment, he was the youngest United States Attorney since Minnesota became a State. President Reagan appointed Judge Rosenbaum as a federal judge (at the age of 40) in 1985, and Judge Rosenbaum recently retired as a federal judge after serving for 25 years. While on the bench, he presided over the construction of the Minneapolis federal courthouse, the most technologically advanced courthouse in its time. Judge Rosenbaum now has an ADR practice and works with JAMS.

Phil Bruner , JAMS Inc
Phil Bruner has been a construction lawyer for more than 40 years. He was a partner at three major Minneapolis law firms. He is the co-author of the 8-volume, 8,000 page legal treatise: Bruner & O'Connor on Construction Law. Mr. Bruner served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Today, Mr. Bruner serves as the Founding Director of JAMS' Global Engineering and Construction Group. He has resolved construction disputes throughout the world and has a New York based office.
