Presenter:
Brian Swanson, University of Minnesota Project Manager, Gopher Stadium Construction

Brian Swanson will present on the planning and development of the University of Minnesota's new on-campus football stadium and the broader East Gateway District development. The presentation will review the overall development process, provide an overview of the project structure, design, and construction, and highlight some of the unique challenges associated with a 75-acre urban brownfield project.

An industrial engineer and urban planner by training, Swanson holds the project check book and serves as the Owner’s representative to the project team.

Weather permitting:
We will walk over to the site after Brian's presentation.
