During this seminar, you will learn the Do's and Don'ts of negotiating and drafting commercial construction contracts for projects of any size.

Presenter:

Peter Halls , Faegre Baker Daniels, LLP

Mr. Halls has practiced construction law in the Twin Cities for 31 years. He has been a shareholder with the Faegre law firm for more than 20 years. Mr. Halls graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School and Dartmouth College. Throughout his career in private practice, Mr. Halls focused primarily on construction litigation and negotiating and drafting commercial construction contracts. Mr. Halls has negotiated and drafted billions of dollars worth of construction contracts, and he has prepared contracts for some of the largest owners, designers, and contractors in the world.

Cancellation Policy:
