Justice Paul H. Anderson, Minnesota Supreme Court
The Minnesota Supreme Court has issued several Opinions in construction law cases over the last three years. Our speaker, Justice Paul H. Anderson, has served on the Minnesota Supreme Court since 1994. Justice Anderson will discuss the Court's work and tips when presenting a case to the Court.
Justice Paul H. Anderson is a 1968 University of Minnesota Law School graduate. In the 43 years since graduating from law school, Justice Anderson has served as a VISTA attorney, worked as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota, been in private practice for more than 20 years, served as the Chief Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and served as an Associate Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court.
