The MSBA's Construction Law Section Presents
"Creative Lawyers Win at Mediation – Partial Settlements, Pierringer Releases and Other Dangerous Tools"
A successful litigation is often measured by a successful settlement. To maximize the opportunities of success, it is important to understand all of the tools available, have a plan and then be able to adjust when another party goes a different direction. Greg Weyandt has been litigating, settling, and mediating complex disputes for over thirty five years and now focuses on ADR. In this presentation, he will share settlement strategies and various partial settlements that should be considered prior to and during your next mediation.
