"Consumer Litigation Section Annual Meeting and CLE"
Please join your colleagues from the Consumer Litigation Section for the Section's annual meeting and governing council elections. The annual meeting and elections will take place during a plated luncheon from noon - 12:30 p.m.
Following the luncheon, the Consumer Litigation Section is pleased to welcome Professor Kathleen Engel, Associate Dean for Intellectual Life and Professor of Law at Suffolk University in Boston. Professor Engel will present on current issues facing mortgage finance and regulation, and how those regulations affect consumers. Professor Engel has published numerous law review articles on topics ranging from housing discrimination to Wall Street’s involvement in financing predatory loans.
