The Corporate Counsel Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) and the Business Law Institute at Hamline University School of Law are proud to present a very informative panel presentation on Liability Issues Facing In-house Counsel for Misconduct of Corporate Officers. Our moderator, Jill Barclift, is also very knowledgeable regarding these issues. Ms. Barclift is widely published in the area of ethics in corporate governance. She is currently the Professor of Law and Interim Director for the Business Law Institute at Hamline University School of Law.
