The MSBA's Corporate Counsel Section Presents:


"Corporate Counsel Section Annual Meeting and Spring Social Event"

Please join the Corporate Counsel Section (CCS) at the Walker Art Center for its Annual Meeting and Spring Social Event on Tuesday, June 4, 2013.

The Section’s Annual Meeting is scheduled from 4:00-4:30 p.m. Corporate Counsel Section members are encouraged to attend, but attendance at the Annual Meeting is not required in order to attend the social event.

The Section’s annual Spring Social Reception is scheduled from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Enjoy live music, complimentary hors d'oeuvres and drinks as you mix and mingle with members of the Corporate Counsel Section at the Walker Art Center's Gather Room and Gather Terrace with breathtaking views of downtown Minneapolis and its surroundings.

The Social Reception is free to Corporate Counsel Section members. Each Section member can bring one non-CCS guest to the event free of charge. We hope to see you there!

4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - The Corporate Counsel Section will be electing Council Members for 2013-2014 at the Annual Meeting. Section members are welcome to attend and run for a Council position.

4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Social Event

The Walker Art Center

Parking: Parking is available for $5.00 in the underground ramp that is attached to the Walker Art Center.


Section Members: Free
(Each CCS member can bring one non-CCS guest free of charge. If you are registering online, please indicate the name of your guest under the "Teleconferencing and Dietary" link, or contact Tram Nguyen at or 612.278.6316)

MSBA Members (But Not Corporate Counsel Section Members):  $10.00

Non-MSBA Members:  $15.00

Law Students: Free for the first 10 students who register for this event.  Then $15.00 for each registrant.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
