"Criminal Law Certification Exam | Review Course"
Andrew Birrell and Katherian Roe, members of the MSBA Criminal Law Certification Board, will walk you through the essential elements of the new Criminal Law Certification Exam. This review course will prepare you to take the exam the following week. Join us to ensure you are prepped and ready to go!
The review course will cover selected topics in the practice of criminal law in the federal and Minnesota state courts. The topics will include: constitutional, statutory and procedural aspects of the practice. There will be particular discussion of Fourth, Fifth and Sixth amendment issues together with some discussion of the ethical responsibilities involved in the prosecution and defense functions.

Please note: the regular registration deadline for the 2010 exam is October 1, 2010. Individuals who are pre-registered can attend the review course for free.

Individuals who are not registered for the Criminal Law Certification Exam by October 1, 2010: $10.00

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
