Whether you're new to the practice of criminal law, plan to take the November 12 certification exam or just want to brush up your criminal law skills, join us for this informative, comprehensive seminar.
The course will cover selected topics in the practice of criminal law in the federal and Minnesota state courts. The topics will include: constitutional, statutory and procedural aspects of the practice.
There will be particular discussion of Fourth, Fifth and Sixth amendment issues together with some discussion of the ethical responsibilities involved in the prosecution and defense functions.
