Large animal feeding operations in Minnesota are subject to increasing regulations at both the state and national level.  For example,  the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recently issued new and more stringent rules under the Clean Water Act regulating concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs).  Please join us for a one-hour CLE panel discussion jointly presented by the MSBA Environmental, Natural Resources and Energy Law and the Agricultural and Rural Law Sections which will discuss the legal and technical challenges facing animal feeding operations.

Please register by Tuesday, March 3, 2009.
