The MSBA's Family Law Section Presents:
"Paperless Office Protocol"
Mr. Anderson will present his office's development and implementation of their Paperless Protocol. The program will focus on both converting closed files and processing current/open files to take advantage of electronic storage and delivery to reduce the use of paper. Mr. Anderson will deal primarily with the day-to-day routine, as opposed to the larger ethical issues involved. In other words, this will be a "nuts and bolts" presentation, as opposed to a philosophical conversation about any ethical issues involved when reducing the amount of paper used in a family law solo/small practice. As always, however, Mr. Anderson will welcome feedback and questions from the audience throughout the presentation.
Ryan D. Anderson , Lubov and Associates
Ryan graduated with degrees in philosophy and Spanish from Saint John's University in 2000 and graduated from New York University School of Law in 2003. After clerking and working as an associate at two Minnesota law firms, Ryan joined Lubov & Associates in 2007, where he practices family law. While he understands the benefits of reaching settlement on all issues, Ryan will not hesitate to litigate when necessary. As Treasurer, Ryan has been a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association Family Law Executive Counsel since 2005. He is also an active member of the Planning Committee for the annual Family Law Institute. Having grown up playing in the Bloomington Jefferson hockey and soccer programs, Ryan enjoys the ongoing opportunity to play and coach those sports. Away from the office, the mediation conference room, and the courtroom, Ryan enjoys water-skiing in the summer, pond hockey in the winter, and spending time with his wife, Katie, and newborn daughter, Olive, all year long.
