"Application of the Recent Amendments to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure and General Rules of Practice to Family Law"

An Order adopting amendments to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure and the General Rules of Practice was filed on February 4, 2013. These amendments to the Rules of Civil Procedure and the General Rules of Practice are effective on July 1, 2013. This CLE will address how these changes will affect your family law practice.
