The MSBA's Children and the Law and Food & Drug Law Sections Present
"Research Involving Children: Legal and Ethical Considerations "
Obtaining information to submit to the FDA on regulated products is subject to additional requirements when the research subject is a minor. In addition to federal law, ethical concerns exist concerning appropriate consenting processes and exposing a minor to additional risk posed by the research procedures. Join your fellow MSBA Children & the Law and Food and Drug Law Section members to learn about the legal and ethical issues related to research involving children.
