Labeling Class Actions

This program will explore class actions brought against food companies challenging their product labels, including the use of terms such as “natural.” We will discuss recent cases and analyze past decisions addressing class certification, preemption, consumer fraud and other claims and defenses.

Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m. The CLE program will begin at 11:45 a.m.
