The MSBA's Health Law Section Presents
Health Law Section Annual Meeting,
Council Elections & Legislative Wrap-up
Join your Health Law Section colleagues at the Section's annual meeting, featuring council and officer elections and a CLE program wrapping up the 2012 Legislative Session. January's legislative preview panel is back with a discussion (and perhaps a song!) recapping the developments from the session and how they relate to your health law practice. Learn what did and did not pass, and the details surrounding several burning questions:
In what ways was delivery and payment of health care in Minnesota addressed?
What was determined with regard to Minnesota’s Medicaid program and implementation of the insurance exchange?
What's the status of the Health Care Reform and the Health Insurance Exchange Task Forces?
Please join us for lunch and the business meeting beginning promptly at Noon, followed by the CLE program from 12:30-1:30pm. Click here to view the slate of candidates for election to the Health Law Section Council.
