Please join your Health Law Section colleagues one last time before the summer break for lunch, the Section Annual Meeting and the 2008 Legislative Wrap-Up.

You will learn the status of the 2008 Legislative Health Care Reform proposals: what was enacted, what was not and what you might expect in the future as a result. Get an update on Legislative budget proposals and how they may impact Minnesota health law. You'll also hear a light-hearted take on "what did not happen": ideas that were proposed but were not adopted, for good or for ill, during the session.

Immediately before this program, the Health Law Section will hold a brief business meeting for the election of Section Council members for 2008-2009.  All Section members in good standing are eligible to vote and participate.  A slate of Council candidates will be circulated before the program.
