The MSBA's Health Law Section Presents
"A Review of the Post-Shutdown Health and Human Services Budget Bill"
After a politically charged 2011 legislative session, a 20-day government shutdown, and a special session, the Health and Human Services budget bill was signed into law on July 20, 2011. Learn from those on the front line and representatives of the stakeholders about the key provisions of the bill and the impact on group health plans, hospitals, and consumers that may affect your company and clients.
