The MSBA's International Business Law Section Presents
"Developments and Trends in U.S. Taxation of International Operations"
This presentation will include an overview of the proposed international tax reforms contained in the Obama Administration's Fiscal 2013 Budget, released February 13, 2012, as well as the fiscal impact of these proposed reforms, as released by the Joint Committee on Taxation on March 14. As part of the discussion, we will look at counter proposals for international tax reform authored by groups such as the Business Roundtable and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
