Join us for a panel discussion on the impact the ADA Amendments Act has had on employers, employees, and agency activity in the year plus since its effective date. Panelists will provide insight into the shift in analyzing ADA issues and will share practical tips for advising employers and employees on handling disability situations in the workplace, filing and responding to ADA discrimination charges, and litigating ADA claims.
